1. Entry period: The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on July 9, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on July 12, 2012.

Eligibility: Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, except officers, directors, members, and employees of uGiftIdeas.com. This Promotion is void outside the United States, District of Columbia, Canada and where prohibited.
3. No purchase necessary: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
4. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of uGiftIdeas.com, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
5. How to enter: You may enter by completing the online entry form by lining through uGiftsIdeas.com's facebook page. Entrants may enter only once. Entries generated by scripts, macros or other automated means will be disqualified. Entrants will qualify for additional entries if a referred friend participates in the giveaway.
6. Winner notifications: All winners will be announced on uGiftIdeas.com and notified via email on July 15, 2012. In addition, all gift cards will be mailed to the winners by July 18, 2012.
7. Winner selection: uGiftIdeas.com will randomly draw fifty winners from the eligible entries.

Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, uGiftIdeas.com reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. uGiftIdeas.com's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 13.
