I just tried the Venus & Olay Razor last night and OH MY LORD has it left my legs SILKY SMOOTH! It's by far the BEST razor I've tried by Venus or any other company.No need to use any shaving gel or cream. Just put the razor together and shave. IT hydrates and moisturizes your shaved areas to ensure it's silky smooth. Prior to this razor I was using A Venus Proskin Razor that I received in my #holidayvoxbox from the Influenster Holiday Vox Box Program . I receive these boxes complementary in exchange for my honest opinions and reviews on this blog as well as on their own review pages on Influenster.com. First of all I thought I found my IDEAL RAZOR with the Venus Proskin as it has the moisturizing strips just like the Venus & Olay razor and it got my skin smooth just like the Venus Pro Skin Razor. But BOY WAS I WRONG! The Venus & Olay razor has this beat by miles! First of all the Venus & Olay Razor , also by Gillette "helps replenish your skin's moisture" which the Venus Proskin Razor did not. Also Gillette's Venus & Olay razor has 5 BLADES! the Proskin has 4 which makes for a much closer shave. I will also add That this razor does have a FANTASTIC MONEY BACK Guarantee.. LOVE IT OR 2X YOUR MONEY BACK!
The Gillette Venus & Olay razor is also very easy to use ... Just wet the razor in order to active the Olay built-in Moisture Bars located on top and bottom of the 5 blade cartridges. After use just simply hand in your shower w/ the suction cup holder that comes with the razor.
I have found the Razor set on amazon.com for $10.22 (free ship w/ Amazon Prime or a $25 purchase with standard shipping) but they do not have the replacement cartridges as of yet. I also Found the Razor at Target for $10.99 and a 3 pack refill kit for $14.99. This is slightly higher then other Venus Razors and Refills (and most of the other refills come in a 4 pack). However, Being this is a 5 blade razor and not a 3 or 4 blade razor and also has the Olay Moisturizing bars on both the top and bottom of the razor, the price difference does justify itself. I went on Saturday evening and bought 3 packs of refills and 2 extra razors. Since Sunday April 8th was Easter Sunday I gave a Razor and a 3 pack set to my mom and one set to my mother in law as part of their Easter Basket (I also included some Kiss Dress Nails Nails in KDS11 the Jaguar Pattern. The reason being that here in the Jacksonville FL Metro Area we all are Jacksonville Jaguar Fans and what better way to go to rallys and the Tailgating and games then to sport these neat nails.
Anyway, back to the Gillette Venus and Olay Razor. This razor is so amazing.
Yesterday at Sunrise Sunday Easter Service on the beach I got a lot of compliments on my wonderful legs. I told at least 25 people just at that service that they too can have these wonderfully smooth and satiny legs just by using the Gillette Venus & Olay Razor. I explained just how easy it is to use.. No more Gels or shaving creams (saves you money and time) , just activate by wetting the razor blade the moisturizing strips and then shave away. I explained it's the best razor not just by having the Olay Moisturizing strips but also that it gives you a MUCH CLOSER SHAVE by having 5 blades instead of 3 or 4. I also told everyone that this REHYDRATES your legs as well as your underarms or anywhere else you shave , and it leaves your legs , as well as underarms or bikini area (and yes here in NE Florida we're getting into bikini weather finally!:) ) , ultra smooth and looking so satiny and silky. I for one was totally impressed. I also told everyone at the Sunday Sunrise Service that I did receive this complementary to test through Influenster's VoxBox Program.

I've found them so far at Walgreens, and Target. Please keep in mind that they might not be everywhere yet as this product was only released back on March 15th 2012. I've gone to Walmart and there's peghooks for it but either its been sold out or they haven't gotten it in stock as of yet.

Truvía® natural sweetener Product Review
I love the Truvia Natural Sweetner. I've been using this for months and was pleaantly surprised when I received it in my Influenster.com Love Voxbox. I'm highly familiar with this product and it's the only sweetner we use in our home.
Truvía® natural sweetener is the first natural, great-tasting, zero-calorie sweetener born from the leaves of the stevia plant.
It comes in Truvía® natural sweetener is available nationally at most major retailers and in package sizes of 40-count, 80-count, 140-count and a spoonable jar. I only wish like Splenda it came in a bigger bag. I buy the Spoonable jars for baking. In fact I made a Sunflower cake and substituted sugar w/the Truvia and nobody could tell the difference. I just cut it in 1/2 . As One packet of Truvía® natural sweetener provides the same sweetness as two teaspoons of sugar. So Instead of 1 cup of Sugar I used 1/2 Cup of Truvia. Everyone loved the Easter Sunflower cake and so I came clean and told them I used Truvia instead of Sugar. Everyone was impressed. We had a group of 30 people over at my mom's for Easter Sunday Dinner.
What's also great about Truvia is it's sooo versitile. You can add it to your coffee or tea, to oatmeal, to fruits , bake with it, or sprinkle on cold cereal as well. It's that uncomplicated.
This product is also a FANTASTIC ALTERNATIVE for those suffering w/ DIABETES. And it's also Certified Kosher. So if you have friend who are Kosher be sure to let them know about this wonderful alternative to Sugar.
Like I said I've been using this product for several months after receiving a sample on their Facebook Page and I've been hooked ever since. So when I received a box with a $.75 off coupon of Truvia in my Love VoxBox to try complementary as part of the Influenste VoxBox program I was in 7th Heaven. This is one product I've been Promoting for months and will continue to promote. YES IT IS THAT GOOD. Tastes JUST LIKE SUGAR! But it's a lot healthier.
I've totally replaced sugar with Truvia Natural Sweetner.I bake with it, use it in both my hot and cold drinks, on my oatmeal cereal , etc.
It tastes better then sugar w/ out the calories.
It's utterly fantastic. If you haven't used it you really should try it. It doesn't have all the calories of sugar or all the additives of other sweetners on the market. It even cooks like sugar and is 1/2 equal substitute. EX: If a recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar I use 1/2 cup of Truvia Natural Sweetner. It's that simple to replace.
This can be found at just about all supermarkets (Such as Winn-Dixie and Publix in the Florida Area where we live), Whole Foods, CVS, Walgreens, Target and Walmart.And they come in again the 40 Count, 80 count and 140 packages and a small spoonable jar. But keep in mind a little goes a long long way. My only thing is (and I've emailed the company on this) I truly wish that they made a big bag of Truvia for baking so I don't have to use 2-3 jars to make a few cakes (When I bake I tend to make 2-4 at a time), as tha can get a bit expensive.

Influenster Love VoxBox..Received and It IS Awesome!
As many of you know I'm a member of a wonderful trendsetting community called Influenster.com. I receive what they call VoxBoxes filled w/ complementary products. In exchange I agree to review them honestly both on their website and on my blog here.

THE LOVE VOXBOX from INFLUENSTER IS ON ITS WAY!:)
Well I was selected to receive a Love Voxbox from Influenster.com and I'm sooo greatful to receive one of these coveted boxes. I've no idea as to what's inside the box but I'm sure whatever it is will be great. I'll post what was inside on this blog once received which should be by week's end.

Sooooooooo Excited..... I got a Pre-Invite for the Influenster LoveVoxBox
I'm sooo excited! I got a pre-invite for the Influenster LoveVoxBox. Here's hoping that tomorrow I'll get my final invite! I can't wait to find out what sort of goodies are going to be in this LoveVoxBox.
Once I know I'll be more then happy to share them with all my readers and give you my honest opinions on the items that I'll be receiving complementary inside the Voxbox for me to try and report on.
I just love being an Influenster and being able to share what's hot and what's not with all my readers. So stay tuned...

INFLUENSTER LOVE VOX BOX RECIPIENTS TO BE ANNOUNCED TODAY !
As most of you know by now, I'm a member of the best trendsetting group on the internet called Influenster. As a member of Influenster I get to try new products complementary in exchange for my honest reviews, opinions and blog posts and video reviews. I've met some fantastic women as part of being an Influenster.
Keep in mind this is NOT a freebie site. This is a site for trendsetters that have proven to be able to influence others into trying new products and help Brands to be promoted.
About a month ago it was announced that Influenster was going to announce the recipients of a LOVEVOXBOX. A VOXBOX is a box filled with complementary products that we get if selected in exchange for trying them, filling out a survey and giving honest reviews and feedback. This is a MUCH ANTICIPATED Voxbox.
Last night was the Twitter Party where clues were given out as to what will be inside. Right now it's anyone's guess. But if I was a betting woman (Which by the way I am NOT..LOL) , I'd have seen that something sweet to share that I might not want to share would be something along the line of candy or in particular Chocolates. Something warm and fuzzy that you two can share in flavors of apple, and mango seem maybe to me to be maybe a Tea or Brandy. And something naturally sweet to put into it might be either something along the lines of Sugar in the Raw or Honey (for my honey:) ).An accessory that glitters as far as beauty is concerned was basically another hint..I'm figuring maybe either a Glitter Nailpolish, a nice glittery lipshine from NYC or one of my favorite items from the HolidayVOXBOX the ImPress Press-On Manicure nails in some sort of glitter color. And something to make you feel smooth and silky I was thinking a razor or lotion. Right now it's anyone's guess as NOBODY but Influenster.com knows what really is in this box.
The Suspense is tremendous. And while the Influenster Twitter Party was only an hour and by all accounts a HUGE Success , personally I could've gone on for hours. And most of the Influensters I know pretty much felt the same way.
This evening will be the announcement as to whom might be getting a covetted LoveVoxBox. I am praying to be one of them so I can report all the excitement to you as to what's inside. I'm sure it will be fantastic.
So............Let's Pray this lady gets one. I'm hoping to get one and then will buy several items out of pocket that I like to give away to my followers. All you have to do is follow my blog and enjoy.
